Sample Player (WIP)

General informationInformation

This Machinemachine is a basic Samplesample Playerplayer with looplooping capabilities and a couple of lo-fi effects.

The sample and noise generator goesis intoprocessed through the Lofi FXFX, thenfollowed inby a Filter section, then a Drive sectionsection, and finally an Amp section before going toreaching the  MixerReadRefer to the corresponding manual sections of the manual to knowlearn more about the Filter and Amp sections.

It runsoperates in mono at a 48kHz sample rate ofwith 48khz and thea bit depth isof 16 bits. It is compatible with PCM Wave files (converted on the fly if the bitdepthbit depth or sample rate isdoes not corresponding, match; if a stereofilestereo file is loaded, only the left channel is kept)used).

WhenUpon opening the Sample Player MachineMachine, you will land on pagePage 1 of tabTab 1. Use the first 2two tabs to configure the sample player. Use Tab 3 to configureadjust the Filter section and Tab 4 to configurefor the Amp section.

ClickPress the encoder to load a specific sample from the browser. While inIn the browser, clickpress Button 4 to enable auto-loading of the sample for a quick preview. Once a sample is loaded, turning the encoder will scrollscrolls through other samples in the current folder. A pop-up screen will display, appear, showing the waveform ofdisplaying the sample waveform in the same way as on Tab 2.

General tabTab

This tab contains basic utilities

Frequency Transpose -
Volume
Fine-tune the sample Tune the sample in semitone increments
- Set the amplitude at which the sample is sent intoenters the Filter Section. 100% is unity gain, gain; beyond thatthat, the output is amplified, useful for quiet samples or driving the Filter and Amp sections (or even overdriving the final DAC).
